Community Philanthropy Developer, Prospect Research & Management

Salary Range: $62,756 - $70,824 annually

As the Community Philanthropy Developer - Prospect Research & Management, you will contribute to the organization’s success by facilitating prospect research and management programs that reach relationship development and resource mobilization goals and objectives of Oregon Food Bank and Community Philanthropy. This position reports to the Community Philanthropy Manager - Prospect Research & Management. You will perform duties like complex reporting; data analysis, data systems design, and data entry; donor research; portfolio management, and more. You will consult directly with Community Philanthropy team members to identify and qualify major donor prospects who have propensity and capacity to support OFB.

Advancement Report Analyst

Salary Range: $22.17 - $33.69 per hour

The Advancement Report Analyst converts data into information for colleagues by building and maintaining reports to meet business needs. The Advancement Report Analyst plays a critical role in supporting data-informed decision-making within the Advancement division. This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and documentation of reports and dashboards in Evergreen (Salesforce), Apsona, and Tableau Cloud. The analyst collaborates closely with end users to understand reporting needs, translates business requirements into actionable insights, and ensures data governance standards are upheld.

Program Manager, Prospect Management

Seattle Children's, Hybrid                   
Salary Range: $86,609.00 - $129,913.00 per year

The Program Manager, Prospect Management takes proactive responsibility for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the prospect management system, tracking donor relationships, fundraising plans and activity, and providing essential data and reports to the CDO, fundraising team leaders, and individual fundraisers to maximize philanthropic support for Seattle Children's mission. This role includes conducting some comprehensive research of donor prospects in support of major fundraising priorities and other strategic campaign initiatives.
