Megan Tedeschi

President (2025 - 2027)

Managing Director, Prospect Development, UNICEF USA

Megan (she/her) is the Managing Director, Prospect Development for UNICEF USA where establishes the priorities and vision for the prospect development area including moves management, pipeline development, prospect research, data hygiene and reporting standards to drive data-informed fundraising. Working in Prospect Development for over 10 years, Megan has gained expertise in due diligence best practices, corporate and institutional research, philanthropic trend analysis, team building and project management. She previously held Prospect Development roles at The George Washington University, Johnson & Wales University, and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Megan holds a BA in Art History from Boston University. She lives in Portland on an apple orchard with her family.

Katie Bokenkamp 

Communications Director (2024 - 2026)

Research Analyst, Foundation Relations, OHSU Foundation

Katie (she/her) works for Oregon Health and Sciences University Foundation as a Research Analyst supporting the Foundation Relations team. She previously worked at Willamette University as both a database administrator and prospect research analyst. Katie received a B.A. in History and Italian from the University of Denver (DU) as well as a Masters of Library and Information Science from DU. Residing in Salem, OR, Katie occupies herself with taking far too many photos of her cats (Rupert and Monty), playing video games with her fiancĂ© (Alex), and searching for her next favorite restaurant. 

Jennifer Vourlas

Prospect Management Strategist, Washington State University 

Jennifer (she/her) has been a Prospect Management Strategist at Washington State University since 2022. She received a B.A. in social sciences from WSU and received an M.S. in communication studies from Portland State University. Jennifer lives in Vancouver, WA. When she is not working, she is busy around the house with her two children, husband, and a couple of misbehaved dogs.

Christina Muhlbach

Prospect Management & Research Strategist, Fred Hutch Cancer Center

Christina (she/her) has been with Fred Hutch Cancer Center since 2022 working in prospect research and management. Christina has a B.S. from Northern Michigan University. She started her career in fundraising at Interlochen Center for the Arts as an Advancement Assistant and worked at the Women's Resource Center for the Grand Traverse Area as a Volunteer Coordinator and a Fund Development Assistant before moving to Seattle and working as a Development Coordinator for Seattle CityClub. She lives in Seattle and enjoys spending her time reading.

 Kerry Lyles 

 Mentorship Director (2025 - 2027)

 Director of Prospect Management, RAND

 Kerry (she/her) is the Director of Prospect Management at RAND, where she has spent nearly three years   overseeing principal gift research, due diligence, and prospect management for the Development team. Prior to   RAND, she was the Lead Prospect Research Analyst at the University of Portland and Development Director for Northwest Earth Institute/EcoChallenge. Kerry holds an MBA in Nonprofit Management from the University of Portland and a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Kerry lives in Portland. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and camping with her family and enthusiastic Labrador, and cultivating dahlias.
